Hello. I am working with our local IT to complete the install of sourcetree on windows 11. When prompted to select an existing account, a blank box appears and we cannot continue. We have attempted this multiple ways and with a full administrative account. Would love some assistance please. This install works properly on windows 10. thank you
I had the same issue before and it turned out my installation media was the problem. I redownloaded the ISO directly from the official Microsoft site and made sure I used a legitimate key. If you still need one, I managed to buy Windows 11 Home licence UK from a trusted seller and that fixed my activation problems straight away. Just make sure the code matches your version.
Hi! This seems more like a compatibility issue of the version with Win 11. What's the version? try installing v3.1.2 not v1.8.3 as it is not compatible. Regards,
