With JIRA 7.5 I no longer have ability to delete or de-activate a user account

For all of my user accounts that utilize an external LDAP directory I no longer have the option to delete a user or de-activate user.   For example see pic.   There is no 'Edit' menu and only 'Edit user groups' and 'View project roles' are provided as options in the '...' drop down menu.

Is there a JIRA system setting/switch setting/ etc that needs enabling?  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Issue was with the JIRA Directory configuration for LDAP.

It is expected if you are using the "Read Only" option. Can you check your LDAP directory settings?
