Wondering it possible auto-change status of a bug after certain amount of time taken place?

For an example, a bug to set to "To Do" status and after 10 days the status would automatically change to "Regression" status (without any human input). This is possible to do this and how would I go about doing this on Jira On-demand?

As far as I know this is not possible at the moment. There is an auto-transition listener but listeners are disabled for security reasons in OnDemand instances. There's a feature request you can vote for here:
