Work Management - Task tracking

Hi, I want to use the project: Work Management - Task tracking which has all the fields I need except of Board options:

In software projects Board has: TO DO, IN PROGRESS, DONE 

In business projects (the type I want to use) Board has: TO DO, DONE and missing IN PROGRESS

How can I add IN PROGRESS to Board?

Hi @Efi Ovadia ,

To add In Progress to the board, please following this: 

1. In the bottom left corner of your project, select Project settings (You will need to have  Administer Projects permission to see this button)
2. In the Project settings, look for Workflows on the left bar and click this. 
3. Edit the Workflow by clicking on the pencil icon as shown below
   
4. Click on the Add status button on the top left on the workflow box and select In Progress from the dropdown. Then hit Add.
5.  Once the status is added, then click on the Add transition button on the top left of the box and specify the transitions to this status as shown below:
6. Repeat this for an outgoing transition from In Progress
7. On the top left, you will see that you can switch the workflow to Text mode. Click on this
8. Here for To Do to Done, Click the action Delete Transitions
9. Here delete Done. This will delete the ability to transition from To Do to Done directly
10. Then select Publish Draft on top
11. You can take a backup of the old workflow on the popup so you have the option to revert back if needed. 
12. Go back to your project
13. Drag and drop the IN PROGRESS column to the middle (You need to drag it from the header to be able to move its position)
