our workflow is very simple which is set up in 4 different columns:
1. To Do
2. In Progress
3. Review
4. Done
Our problem is that if we are moving tasks from 1. To Do in the second column 2. In Progress the status changes in to Review. And if we move the tasks from 1. To Do in to the column 3. Review, the status changes in to In Progress. The columns 2 and 3 are twisted, where and how can I change that?

go to your Board, klick on the dropdown menu Board on the upper right side of the page and chose configure. Then on the left side you see a configuration side bar. Select columns and examine which workflow state is allocated to which columns.
My guess is that the states allocated to the second and third column are switched. Just reallocate them via drag and drop.
Edit: I see you use the cloud version. The above mentioned approach should at least be applicable for the server version.
