This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring Workflow
I currently use the Zendesk integration to notify linked ZD tickets during workflow transitions.
Currently, JIRA issue transitions to Done → Re-Open and notify linked ZD tickets.
This works as expected. However, it's not perfect because we could fix a bug and the issue is Done, but it may not be released in production for a week. We use release/fix verisons, so ideally I would want:
Release is released → Re-open and Notify all ZD tickets linked to all JIRA issues in that release
Is it possible? I couldn't find information on workflow/triggers for whole releases....
You might find the JIRA Automation Plugin helpful.
