Workflows depends on Field Value

I  need an Workflow that a depending on an Value. If the Field Value below e.g.  1500 than the Workflow are done. If the Value are above 1500 than it need an acceptance Workflow.

Good afternoon, to achieve this in a workflow you will need to acquire an add on to be able to generate conditions based on a custom field. That way they will be able to show one transition or another depending on the value of that field.

I recommend the following add-ons that fulfill that functionality:
JMWE
Groovy scrit runner
Project automation for jira.

These add ons also allow the transition to be performed automatically when the value changes.
