Write a report showing tickets by EPIC and then by US/Task

Hi, Has anyone got a report written which shows by EPIC and then display US, Task in order of Status against each EPIC?. thanks

Thanks for replying, though my organisation prohibits use of non authorized sites. I need an Altassian solution using JIRA.
