X-Rray Import Execution : Not able to find the field "Tests association with a Test Execution"

Dear Community,

We are trying to import X-ray test executions using CSV "Test Case Importer" but we are not able to find the field "Tests association with a Test Execution" while all other fields are available in the dropdown (check the screenshot). 

We have tried to contact X-Ray support team but got no answer !

Please help it is urgent

(Edit) Some checks that we have made : 

1. The custom field "Tests association with a Test Execution" does exist
2. This custom field is present on the screen of Test Execution issue type
3. The context of this field is Global for All projects

Since Yesterday we are getting error from Xray plug in.  Unable to get data fro test run.  I have reindex several times but still getting issues. It's not every test case in an execution.  But seems to be atleast a test case in most execution.  Not sure what is happening. Help please.

You can try to use the Jira Importer and then check.

Yes you are right when I try the Jira Importer I Can find the field but users are not Jira admins so they will not be able to do CSV Jira Import 

any idea how to solve this?
