XLS template dont open and crashes XLS.

I have installed dynamicreport for JIRA plugin on our JIRA version 6.2.2, created template as test.xls, upload to JIRA and during search result when I export data to test.xls template. my excel get crashed.

 

Can you please help me , why it get crashed.

Can someone please please update me on issue, as this is blocking critical functionality of our reporting ability to higher mgmt.
