XRAY test run API is not working and showing message that "testIssueKey' is not recognized"

Hi,

I am trying to fetch the test run ID through following XRAY API

curl -H "Content-Type: application/json" -X GET -u User:Password https://myjirainstance/rest/raven/1.0/api/testrun?testExecIssueKey=SCR-4547&testIssueKey=SCR-4526

But syste is showing following message

"Test Execution key and Test issue key are required.'testIssueKey' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

Please let me know if I am doing something wrong here
