Xporter Global Permissions - where can I find the

Can anyone help find where I can find the global permissions link, as shown on the printscreen?
The Xporter manual says there is an option, bu I can't find it. No way.

you should be able to find those options in Administration (wheel icon) -> Apps -> Miscellaneous under Xporter menu.
