Hi,

I have a problem regarding the xporter add-on. I simply want to use the iteration index of the &{for issues} loop so that I can print something like Issue 1, 2, ...3 and so on.

I would like to use this in a word template. I tried to use ${JQLIssueCount} like this:

&{for issues}

${JQLIssuesCount}

&{end}

But this just prints empty lines. So how can I access the index of the issues and print the according number?

We are currently using Xporter 5.3.1 on a Server.

Hi @Michaela R.

First, we'd like to point out that if you're working with version 5.3.1 of Xporter, which is quite outdated, you probably no longer have a plugin paid license, meaning that it is not entitled to product support. Still, you contact us through the Service Desk so we can try to help with the basic understanding of how templates and loops work is lacking.

You can also check our support documentation here: documentation page

Best Regards,
