Xray Import Testcases from HP ALM

Hi,

we are planning to use Xray for JIRA as our new test management tool. Actually we're using HP ALM. I  saw the HP QC/ALM Importer on the JIRA admin site, we are using HP ALM 12.53 SaaS, so it seemed perfect. But I get a Falied to connect to HP QC/ALM.

Now my questions:

I tried with port 8080 and 8443, but it didn't work. Maybe I need another port?

Does the tool work with SaaS?

Thanks

Try Port 443.  It has worked for me in the past.

Hi Karin,

The HP QC/ALM importer was not designed to work with SaaS, however if the authentication and communication process is the same as the server it could work.
Please feel free to contact us through our support channel (http://xraysupport.xpand-it.com) for additional help.
