Every tool has its pros and cons so I would suggest you can pick one which really suits to your requirements, process and help you to increase productivity overall.
When I have evaluated test management apps at that time I got a good response from QMetry where his product representative gave me a detailed product walkthrough with all the differentiators. According to me, QMetry is better in many areas like permission module, rich UI/UX experience, ease of use, data parameterization, getting overall required details of tests on story, nice and clear execution UI, Import/Export, traceability report, dashboard gadgets, Integration with cucumber framework and Jenkins integration app, exploratory testing, pricing etc. I am personally using it and would recommend QMetry.
