Have a problem with "Your Atlassian Cloud products are suspended".
During the month we added 11th member to our team and then deleted. As i understand, our plan for these month changed from free to standart.
But we didn;t received any invioice from atlassian, so we also didn't pay the bill and now our Atlassian products don't work!
Now i am triying to find invoice, but can find nothing.
At the second screen here is my test jira, where i can see my payment plan and other billing information.
At the first screen i can't go to such page (i don;t know why) and i can't find invoice to pay for it

Thank you for your question. In your case, I would recommend you open a ticket with Atlassian Support and request a temp license/extension until when you are ready to purchase a full license.
