We used a free account and now we cannot access Jira. Person who created the jira account, leaved the company, and we cannot modify anything. We need all document inside of the project. I searched some solutions about that, but I didn't solve. Could you help us?

Welcome to the community!

Was this person who left the company the only one managing this environment? More than one person can be a so-called 'organization admin' of an environment. If the person who left was the only one, then someone needs to be made Organization Admin of your 'muratgurle' environment. That person can then access the https://admin.atlassian.com environment, provide the needed information or temporary billing information to reactivate the products.
