I created my user, but when I try to acess Jira on demand in the url fcmoreno.atlassian.net, I receive this message "Your account is not yet available in this OnDemand instance", what do I do? Do I need to configure something?
The error is caused when a user is trying to login with an unexisting username. In most causes there is confusion regarding username and email. The username is not always the same as the email address (this depends what you have chosen as the username upon signup)
I would advise to double check your username or user the link "Unable to access your account?" on the login screen.
