What should I do to take care of the above message on the JIRA Confluence page?

Hi @anupriya jaiswal ! You could start by reviewing your current usage to determine the number of active users. If your usage exceeds the trial or current subscription limits, upgrade to a higher tier that supports more users by logging into your Atlassian account, navigating to Confluence, and accessing the "Billing" or "Subscription" section to select and complete the appropriate plan upgrade.

Alternatively, consider removing unnecessary users to comply with the allowed limit by deactivating or deleting users in the user management section.

For any issues or further assistance, contact Atlassian support for guidance.

Important: make sure you have a backup of all critical data on your Confluence site in case any actions affect access or data.

Hope that helps!

You could enter billing info if you wish to opt into Confluence or you could reach out to Atlassian to request mor time to evaluate. Unsure if they provide that or not.
