Hi there, we are using this app in zendesk to link to JIRA issues.
Is there any way to report on linked tickets at either end ?
i.e is there a way in zendesk to create a list of tickets that shows the JIRA issues they are linked to or alternately is there a report in JIRA to show zendesk ticket ids linked to JIRA isseus
+1 I have the same request! But from what I know...the answer is no for now. I really hope they can improve the integration....
