Zephyr Scale - Error and hanging

Hi,

I'm hoping someone might be able to provide some help/advice. We have been an experiencing an issue with Zephyr when creating/ cloning test cases. It will either error or continue to hang. The below is the type of error I am seeing

I've not seen that before.  I assume you're using the API and it's difficult to tell what could be causing it without having more information.  But I'm no expert on the API - I know a little - and I'd suggest you contact SmartBear support for advice.  They're usually quick to respond.  You can reach them here: SmartBear Support
