Zephyr scale reporting Gadgets

When I try to add Zephyr scale gadgets to my Dashboard, I dont get the same filter options and output as I get when using these reports from within Zephyr Scale.

They do tend to have the same options but if not, there's no configuration setting to change filter options: what you see is what you get.
