Hi all,
Currently there is a (Zephyr?) gadget called "Top Defects Impacting Testing" and the option to choose status only shows the status choices from the Zephyr project while it is pulling up the data from the development projects.
Is there a way to list all the status's for the search in the gadget?
Thanks,
Robert
Support came back and stated that the product does not support this but a workaround is to simply add the statuses without any transitions to the Zephyr project. It makes the workflow a touch messy but does work, and that is the important part.
Robert,
The selection field for choosing the status should allow you to pick more than one option. If not, please let us know by opening a support ticket at http://support.getzephyr.com and we'll make it right.
You can also read more about the gadget in our documentation for Zephyr for JIRA here: https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=589892#TestMetrics(Gadgets)-top_defects_impacting_testing

Yes, but the option we are looking for is not even listed.

I opened this request https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us/requests/13831 and also I found the question asked before and the answer was open an issue. https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/communities/public/questions/204965675-Zephyr-for-JIRA-Server-Defects-Impacting-Testing-gadget-cannot-display-Bugs-with-different-workflow-associated?locale=en-us After the issue is answered it would be a good idea (in my humble opinion) to post the answer in the community as well. That way I most likely would of already had my answer :-)
