I have an interesting problem, I use Zimbra distribution group as request participant, I use custom customer notification template, and I send a custom email with a link to issue to request participants, the issue is I send https://jira.cratis.cc/browse/BB-10 and when it goes there distribution group it changes my email and I get https://jira.cratis.cc/servicedesk/customer/portal/50/BB-10

Solved, the requesting participant(in this case distribution group) needs a software license, because jira forms a link based on that, although my link was custom it changed it anyway.
