i need help
Hello @Gal Berdugo
Welcome to the community :)
Confluence doesn’t support native checklist templates, but there’s a workaround: you can use action items (checkboxes) inside a page template . When you create a new page from that template, the checklist appears. Just keep in mind that everything else on that page template will come along with it, so it’s not ideal if you only want the checklist.
If you're looking for standalone, reusable checklist templates, you might want to explore the Atlassian Marketplace for apps that extend Confluence’s capabilities. I’m part of the product team at Didit Checklists for Confluence, and our app is designed exactly for use cases like yours.
With the app, you can create new checklists based on templates right there in your Confluence page, using our macro. If your recurring work happens on a fixed schedule, you can configure Didit to automatically generate a checklist based on a template at your chosen frequency.
Happy to assist further.
