accelq missing field

The AccelQ section is now missing in jira

it used to be there on the details section on the mentioned ticket but unable to see now.

Hello, Good day. Whether "AccelQ" is a custom field?. What type of data were listed on this field?

AcceIQ is not a custom field.its a 3rd party app which used to be there but its not visible on the ticket now.
