--action transitionIssue run into error 'Field does not support update 'attachment'

In our JIRA, there is a transition with a verification which needs a attachement.

and I wrote this in linux, to transite the issue:

--action transitionIssue --issue ~

but got error like this:

'Field does not support update 'attachment''

I also try to add an attachment first, and remove the attachment= from args, but still could not pass the verification

Can any one help with this, please? thanks!
