Re-activate My Account

My account was deleted due to inactivity, because I was away for a year or so due to medical reasons. I saw the emails a few days ago and I logged in to see if it'll stop the de-activation process. I was able to login a couple days ago and see my tasks and boards. However, I see that today I am not able to login. I have sent an email to the support staff but I haven't received a reply and I am worried that my data will be deleted permanently. Any help will be much appreciated.

Reach out to Atlassian Support and select Billing in drop down.
