activation doesn't work on jira 5.1.5 after new installation

we try to activate greenhopper but we get an error message.

Greenhopper is updated in 6.0.4.

Error message is :

The call to the JIRA server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

There is a known issue with GreenHopper 6.0.4 that will, in rare cases, require a restart of JIRA. Once JIRA is restarted, it should be fine.
