I would like to be able to send a customer ticket "to development" which will create a ticket in a development project and set the link to a specific type. I don't want the clone in the summary.
How can i do this?
Hi Colleen,
You can use Automation for Jira:
1.When: Issue transitionated
2.Issue fields condition
3.Then: Create a new ( here you can select the project, issutype, and what fileds do you want)
PS: PLease endusre you selected Linked issue here.
This works thank you - is there a way i can prompt the user to set some required fields for the copied issue>
