add converted subtask as a task to same story.

Hi, 

This is a problem I'm facing. 

I am somewhat new to Jira and created a few subtasks under a story. Now I need to change that subtask to task. I know how to convert subtasks to a task.  But my problem is when I do that it comes under epic, not the story. How to add it to the story. 

FYI: Jira Cloud Standard Package, Have user admin access, & Project Admin Access as well.

If you want to track which tasks relates to which story, you may try linking the Story and Tasks using link issue

Sub-tasks are children of a task or story.  Tasks are at the same level as story, so you cannot move a task under a story.

Oh now understand what's the issue. Thank you in that case I need to use epic.
