add web panel to JIRA Agile view

Hi,

I currently have a plugin that adds a web panel to JIRA issues at location atl.jira.view.issue.left.context.  I would like to also add a web panel to the issue details panel in the JIRA Agile board.  What is correct location key to do this (if it is even possible)?  I found some online resources that state atl.gh.issue.details.tag will add the panel as a tab in the issue details, but this does not seem to work.

you need to create a webPanel with this location: 

atl.gh.issue.details.tab
