added a new user do not see in Jira administration

Today our project manager added a new user, but I, as an administrator, do not see any actions from him on the user settings page, although he is already working. That also hangs the invitation though it is already registered. What is the problem?

Hi @Ivan Andrieiev

User information of last activity can be delayed up to 4 hours, so it would think it is safe to assume that logs entries regarding the users can be delayed as well:

Kindly check 4 hours later and let us know if still there are no entries for the user you mentioned.
