My colleague is not receiving email notifications on any of the activities on JIRA tickets where she is in the "additional cc" list. Her email notification settings are

  • You're watching the issue (checked)

  • You're the reporter (checked)

  • You're the assignee for the issue (checked)

  • Someone mentions you (checked)

  • You make changes to the issue (checked)

Hi @*Bhaumik Thacker

If you are looking for alternatives to manage notifications in Jira, I believe that our app Notification Assistant for Jira might be a good choice.

It provides you with fully customizable notification rules, templates, and you can set any desired recipient for the notifications.

Feel free to reach out.

Hello @*Bhaumik Thacker ,

Welcome to the community!

Make sure that all of the notifications settings in order. And since this is happening on the cloud, sometimes an email address can be blocked on the Atlassian's side, where there might be some bounces.

In that case, raise a ticket for Atlassian to check if the email address from your colleague is having bounces.

BR,

Nikola

Hi @*Bhaumik Thacker , I am unfamiliar with the "additional cc" list. Can you please explain? Is this individual a watcher on any of the issues where they are not receiving emails? if the user is the Assignee or Reporter do they receive an email?
