after update jira from 7.3 to 8.2, it shows error unexpected occured when exit the safe mode

after update jira, can't exit safe mode,  it shows An unexpected error occurred and Refer to the logs for more information., but i have no found any related error log ,pls help,thanks

Hi @tcgcdn ,

Log files should exist in path like as

• C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\log (on Windows) or
• /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/log (on Linux)

Check that application have write access to that directory.
