allow to create an issue with empty mandatory fields

Here is the problem, in my workflow I have an initial status of "draft" where anyone can create an issue even if some information is not available, but to move into a new status of the workflow (e.g. to-do) all the required fields must be completed.

I want to create issues with empty mandatory fields but keeping mandatory in further steps of the workflow.

Hi @David Castro 

I think you best option is to remove the mandatory option on the field configuration and on the workflow transitions add validations to make sure the fields are filed.

thanks @Pedro Felgueiras  it worked perfectly, I used one of the validators and now it's runing fine
