I raised the request for JIRA and Request ID is 

Incident number: INC05965489 . and I got an email that " You have access for JIRA ,But I am not able to access it. and It is displaying message as " Your email address vangetichandrashekar.reddy@paramount.com doesn't have access because paramount.atlassian.net has reached its license limit."

This is managed by the Atlassian admin of paramount.atlassian.net

You will need to reach your internal support again to mention that youre getting errors.

We from community cant help you in this case.
