atlassian-addons-project-access not showing as a role in project settings

Hello,

My company has been using the role "atlassian-addons-project-access" for years to do workflow post-functions.

All of a sudden this week, "atlassian-addons-project-access" is no longer showing as a role option in project settings, breaking all our post-functions that are set to "run as add-on user".

Project Settings Role Options:

However, this role still exists in the System "Project Role Browser". Not sure if it is normal for "View Usage" to be the only action available for this role:

According to The atlassian-addons-project-access project role in Jira Cloud documentation on Jira and Jira Service Management Support, this role shouldn’t appear in any drop-down menus. However, it can still be used through the API and, presumably, in workflow post-functions.

That said, it’s possible that recent changes have caused it to stop working as a post-function whether unintentionally or by deliberate design.

Hi @Christy Kennedy

According to The atlassian-addons-project-access project role in Jira cloud | Jira and Jira Service Management | Atlassian Support

It shouldn't be in any drop downs, but you can still use it via the API and I would assume in workflow post-functions.

However, it could have recently changed to no longer work as a post-function, either inadvertently or "vertently".
