attachment on issues

I am using JIRA 8.1.3 and i want to attach a PowerPoint presentation that is about 15mb.

I increased the size allowed for a attachment to 50mb and i have permissions to upland a attachment but it will not work

Do you have proxy enabled? 

 

If so make sure to increase over as well, for nginx it would be client_body_max_size
