attachments responds with 404 error

attachments responds with 404 error

while opening the attachment of one certain issue, i get the following:

Not Found

The requested URL /secure/attachment/138636/Change Request - Zahlung per Link/QR-Code - 1 _20160817.pdf was not found on this server.

this looks like the wrong path..

any idea how this can happen and what to do against it?

Looks like the attachment was deleted from the server.

Does anyone else can download the attachment from the issue?
