As of today, some automations no longer work and the following error is displayed: The individual does not have permission to view one or more tickets or the ticket has been deleted (check ticket permissions and security levels).
We did not make any changes and the automation creates subtasks when a certain label is applied
Not sure if this helps but it looks like Jira is having issues with their automation at the moment.

Having issues with automation also (JIRA Cloud). Rules seem to be randomly running or not running. Unlike original poster, not seeing any error messages. Thank you very much for posting this outage notice.

Have a look in permission maybe it's modified that's why the rule didn't work
