best way to deploy in different enviroments

Is there any way to automatically perform the procedure to dump preproduction and production environments , considering that are on different servers / machines ?? . It would be somehow to export the entire project ( issue types , custom fields , schemes , screens , roles , workflows , etc. ) , in short, everything that can contain a project. Could you tell us about all the possibilities to do this , including purchasing specialized software for this purpose ? I am very grateful in advance for your information.

If your DB is located on same instance as Atlassian application, a vm backup/snapshot will do the trick, with IP/JIRA URL, DB location, and backup location manipulations

The problem with export/import, is that you have to pre-install all plugins to match the exported system

I've the same problem than you..... I've read about https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.keplerrominfo.jira.plugins.kiwi/server/overview but I haven't had time to test it........
