@최창환 check whether you have blocks in your browser for so-called cross-site cookies. If you use BigPicture cloud in 99% of cases it depends on this.

In addition to Brant's reply, I'd suggest contacting the support of the vendor. They'd know better what to do.

I would suggest uninstalling the app.  If you need it try reinstalling it.
