bigpicture plugin error

hello can you help me about this bigpicture error on jira?

When I tried to go to big picture view, I have an error message

error [object Object]

Moreover, I can't change projects. So that means the issue is not only on my project but on all projects

when we configure a program creating filters, we had effects on beginning and ending dates.

thank you.
