can a task can be created from a particular date on calendar and is it possible to send those task as notification to aprticular group ?

Eash analyst should be able to send his daily task message to selected folks. Here he puts the tasks to be done during the day and sets the target time as attached in example.

This should be possible with a filter that list all tasks that have due date as today and the columns customized to contains your fields (like approach) and then make a subscription for that filter for the group that is interested in this list.

how to create a filter on jira... with some tasks assigned to it ? do we have a way to send notification based on deadline. how can we configure that ? i am able to give a deadline for an issue . but i m not able to send notification on commencement of deadline. i m first tym user of jira so facing a lot of problems. thnx 4 ur help

And filters are not created with tasks. Filters are for seeing the existing tasks as per your filter criteria.
