can i assign Multiple issues once to a assignee?

by the way, compare to the old jira version, are there any documents describe the new features of jira 4.4.3?

Hi Gao,

yes, you can :-) From the issue navigator you can select Tools --> All X Issues to perform this edit operation (change assignee).
