Can JIRA export be customised with the below enhancements?

1. Add a blank row each before the header row and after the last row of record. It will allow users to insert a pivot table through single click by placing the cursor in the left most column of  header row.
2. Enable filter on the header row by default.

You can create custom Excel reports, even Pivot Tables with the Better Excel Plugin. There is no comparable feature in the built-in Excel export feature.

You'll need to amend the code that produces the export to include the functions you want to add.
