can jira ingest issues from another issue tracking tool?

We currently have issues for many projects separately in a Razor database. How easily we can import them into JIRA will influence our decision to go with JIRA or not.

hi,

personally I find it easy to import issues to Jira. What you need to do is create those projects in jira, create the custom fields matching to your projects. Then you can export your data, create a csv file, match the relevant fields with each other and import them.
