can not move a cloned issue from one project to another

I want to move an issue from one project to another but getting an error- "At least one of the issues you are trying to move has been recently updated by another user (cloned issue). Please cancel and start again." can you please help me identify the error. Please find the attached error message screenshot error.PNG

Its stating that someone has been updated the ticket which you have been selected for move operation.

Please try it agin and then check.

It seems to be a recent Jira Cloud Bug : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71354?_ga=2.258651075.871796778.1547568805-2099700785.1438936049

It has severity "Minor" :-(, so...vote for it!

Hi @Priyanka Khare,

 If you are in CLOUD, this is a bug reported in JIRACLOUD. See the bug and suggested workaround here. please vote for it
