can't find "system" menu for importing from bugzilla

manuelmoreno December 26, 2011

I just started with my onDemand instance, I'm trying to import from bugzilla. I read the documentation and it is supposed to be on "Administration" -> "System" -> "Import & Export"

The documentation I read is here: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Importing+Data+from+Bugzilla#ImportingDatafromBugzilla-how

I can't find the "System" menu.

What I'm doing wrong.

The procedure documented doesn't work at the momment. I had to import my bugs to a tryal that I installed locally. Then I exported the jira projects and imported them on the onDemand instance.

The documentation that you were referring is for JIRA Standalone. The correct documentation for OnDemand should be: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA000/Importing+Data+from+Bugzilla.

You can perform the import from Bugzilla with this URL: https://<example>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/views/ImporterSetupPage!default.jspa?externalSystem=Bugzilla
